Amy’s Cleaning Services is seeking a dependable and experienced Cleaning Supervisor to oversee our cleaning teams across various job sites. We’re looking for someone with strong leadership skills, attention to detail, and a commitment to high cleaning standards.
Responsibilities:
Supervise and coordinate cleaning staff on assigned sites
Ensure all tasks are completed to company quality and safety standards
Train and mentor new team members
Conduct routine inspections and complete performance reports
Manage cleaning supply inventory and restocking
Communicate effectively with clients and address any service concerns
Requirements:
Previous experience in a cleaning and/or supervisory role
Valid driver’s license
Reliable personal transportation
Excellent communication and organizational skills
Ability to work flexible hours, including some evenings and weekends
